i draw my recipes from my favorite food blogs (www.smittenkitchen.com, http://www.davidlebovitz.com, http://www.epicurious.com, http://www.finecooking.com) and from my embarrassingly large cookbook collection.  I’m currently hooked on Jaime Oliver’s Italy (Jaime Oliver), The Essential New York Times Cookbook (Amanda Hesser), and Cook in Boots (Ravinder Bhogal).

i enjoy cooking healthy food, baking large cakes, running around, and smiling. oh, and eating.
